  • The equipment is complex to operate. How can I get started quickly?

    We provide free online operation training and paper/PDF "Quick Start Guide", covering the entire process of equipment startup, calibration, and data export. Engineers provide one-on-one guidance until you are proficient.
  • What should I do if the equipment has a fault code?

    First, refer to the fault code table in the manual for self-check. If the problem is not solved, contact the exclusive customer service immediately. We will access the equipment through the remote diagnosis system and provide a maintenance plan or spare parts replacement within 48 hours.
  • How to deal with inconsistencies between test data and third-party results?

    We support data traceability and can export the original data package for review. If it is caused by equipment error, we promise free calibration and compensation detection services.
  • Can the equipment be upgraded to adapt to the new national standard?

    Yes! We provide hardware modular upgrade services (such as sensors, control systems), and simultaneously update the test software to the latest standard version. The upgrade cycle takes only 3 working days at the fastest.
  • How to maintain long-term idle equipment?

    It is recommended to power on and run once a month, and clean the sensor regularly. We can provide customized "Idle Equipment Maintenance Manual" and annual inspection services to extend the service life of equipment.
