Tower Type UV Accelerated Weathering Test Chamber

The tower type UV accelerated weather resistance test chamber simulates the damage caused by solar ultraviolet light, and conducts weather resistance testing on the tested material by exposing it to controlled high temperature light. It uses ultraviolet lamps to simulate the radiation effect of sunlight, and simulates dew and rain through condensation and water spraying. In just a few days or weeks, the tower type ultraviolet accelerated weathering test chamber can withstand the damage that takes months or even years to occur outdoors, including fading, color changes, loss of luster, powdering, cracking, wrinkling, foaming, brittleness, strength reduction, oxidation, etc. Its test results can be used to select new materials, improve existing materials, or evaluate changes in material formulations.

Adopting automated water supply and drainage design, combined with high cost high-power mercury water, to ensure the flow rate and uniformity of water spray.
